I would like to thank from the bottom of my heart Dr. Shravan and PG Care Foundation for supporting 3 open heart surgery in MIOT Chennai. I was doing supporting education for special children via social media and my college Alumni. 4 years back, I received a call from one of the friends to support 4 month baby Nancy for a open heart surgery. Later through my friend I came to know about Dr. Shravan and PG Care Foundation and its selfless service to humankind. Dr. Shravan called me and enquired about the case and Personally connected with MIOT and sponsored the surgery within short span of time.
There are several NGOs that I have come across during my volunteering and PG Care Foundation was one such. What I like most about this foundation is how like-minded doctors specialized in different areas of their field and literally from different demographics have come together and managing the NGO remotely with the use of technology and great coordination. From what I have generally known, practicing doctors have a very busy work life and most often stressed. But this group of doctors in spite of their hectic schedule are willingly going beyond and further helping ailing children and senior patients with monetary support.
I discovered "There is nothing more beautiful than a kind soul" after getting to know Dr Shravan. And under the leadership of Dr Shravan " PGCare Foundation" team of kind hearted doctors is reaching out to needy poor people in fields of Health and Education. I as a volunteer have been blessed to serve in case of a child patient Siri, who underwent heart transplantation. I experienced to witness heart touching involvement of doctors and volunteers. Vyjayanthi, my close friend’s involvement in this case was very appreciable. Dr. Shravan though living in far away island, is there all the time for the needy sick poor people in India. We make a living by what we get, but we make a life by what we give. PG Care Foundation is doing a fantastic job. Founded in 2013 by a group of Karnataka Medical College Hubli doctors, Pediatric Geriatric Care Foundation (PG Care Foundation) is a public crowd-funded initiative that funds the treatment of *poor children and the aged in collaboration with hospitals and doctors, who partner with it and reach out to the Foundation. I have been a part of so many *initiatives and NGO's*. I am proud to see PG Care touch, transform and improve the lives of Children and Geriatrics. God Bless the Team Always with you.
Proud to be a part of PGCAREFOUNDATION Kids are God’s gift but when they under go health problem everyone will get panic. But PG Care Foundation stood behind needy people and support them. Recently I met 3years old kid, her name is Prathibha who is suffering from Diabetes.I just discussed this case with Dr. Shravan, he just said don't worry we will take care and provide all the help and support. I have been helping out many NGOs in various ways since I started earning. Couple of years ago I came across PG Care Foundation. This pulled me in when I started photography and joined in as a volunteer for PG Care. Here it's the time that connects individuals and make you feel one among them. I joined the team as a volunteer and had the pleasure of serving the society. In a nut shell I would quote PG Care as "Complexity in Simplicity" - meaning handling the cases that are complex and find a simple way to help with the humble gesture.
